About the Role

At Institut Straumann Ag, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and account penetration within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities in the market to generate new sales leads for the Straumann Group Sales Organization.
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts, working remotely and face-to-face to service and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Represent Straumann Group products and services to key decision makers, identifying how our solutions can meet their needs and overcome objections.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential opportunities.
  • Contribute to the success of the organization by generating leads and opportunities for the broader Straumann Group team.
Requirements
  • Dental sector experience is a strong advantage.
  • Sales experience with a history of exceeding lead targets and a proven ability to quote and close.
  • Self-starter, highly driven, and excellent communication skills in Spanish.
  • Professional proficiency in English is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Quick to learn and understand all forms of digital technology.
  • Well organized, excellent administration skills, and meticulous with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand measurement tools to track progress and results.
  • Ability to understand the sales process and pipeline and be able to research prospects, connect, educate, and offer solutions to qualify a prospect.
