Job Title: Territory Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing brand awareness in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute in-market plans to increase Trek's share of the territory and enhance brand position.
- Work closely with dealers to develop and execute in-store plans, including stocking new ranges and remodeling stores.
- Collaborate with the core team to develop sales strategies and keep dealers informed.
- Conduct market research to understand the competitive environment and identify opportunities for growth.
- Work with marketing to develop marketing plans and execute promotional activities.
- Build strong relationships with dealers and provide them with business insights and support.
- Report sales numbers and provide insights to the sales manager.
- Identify opportunities to stimulate sales and implement sales promotions.
- Work with credit management to manage credit risks.
- Participate in sales events and visit dealers regularly.
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills.
- Experience in the cycling industry and sales.
- 5 years of experience in a sales position.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Keen interest in cycling and a passion for the industry.
