About the Role

At Institut Straumann AG, we are committed to delivering exceptional results through our high-performing sales team. As a Territory Sales Manager Implants, you will be responsible for driving maximum sales growth and account penetration within an assigned territory/group of customers. Your primary objective will be to promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and prospective customers for our portfolio of implants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, identifying their needs, business issues, and aspirations.
  • Conduct individual needs analysis and provide tailored solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Represent our company's products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of the accounts' needs and objectives.
  • Overcome objections and effectively communicate our value propositions to key decision-makers.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects and contribute to the success of the organization through generating leads and opportunities for the broader team.
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities to existing clients.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the dental sector, with a history of exceeding lead targets and a proven ability to quote and close deals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand the needs of our customers and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus, but not mandatory.
