About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving our brands' usage and recommendation amongst dental health professionals in your area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directly report to the Unit Sales Manager and lead our brands' growth in your territory.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase brand awareness and adoption among dental health professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dental health professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and other key stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Manage a small warehouse with high-value materials used during visits to your area of influence, adhering to company standards of stewardship and compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharma sales, dental sales, or a similar position.
  • Strong academic results and a bachelor's or master's degree from any discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, active listening, and written communication.
  • Ability to influence strategy and build collaborative relationships.
  • Solution-oriented and able to travel 50% of the time.
  • Fluent level of English.
