Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service and high food hygiene standards.
  • Create and execute menus, taking into account industry trends and neighborhood demands.
  • Lead and develop the talent of the kitchen team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to drive innovation and excellence in our culinary offerings.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Banquet Chef in a busy environment.
  • Proven track record of leading multicultural teams and managing multiple streams of operation.
  • Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and ability to cost control plates.
