About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing our busy kitchen, creating and executing top-notch food with a focus on quality, presentation, and flavor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food production.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the needs of our guests.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Lead by example and create a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with our Culinary Director to drive innovation and excellence in our kitchen.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a busy environment.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-outlet projects with different points of sales.
  • Experience in leading multicultural teams and working with diverse cuisines.
  • Ability to work under HACCP protocols and cost control plates.
  • Passion for food and a love for our particular flavors.
