As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing our busy kitchen, creating top-notch food, and ensuring high food hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage Kitchen Operations

Oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring efficient and effective food preparation and service.

Lead Culinary Team

Lead and develop a high-performing culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Food Quality and Safety

Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and flavor, while maintaining a safe and healthy kitchen environment.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels, ordering, and storage to maintain a smooth-running kitchen.

Menu Development

Work with our Culinary Director to create and execute menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the needs of our guests.

Requirements

  1. Culinary Experience

Minimum 2+ years' experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a busy environment focused on freshness and provenance of ingredients.

Leadership Skills

Proven track record of leading multicultural teams and managing multiple outlets with different points of sales.

Food Safety and Compliance

Experience with HACCP protocols and cost control, ensuring statutory compliance in all food and drink related areas.

Communication and Teamwork

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
