We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing our busy kitchen and creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our guests.
  • Lead a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Collaborate with our Culinary Director to drive innovation and excellence in our culinary offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, as well as statutory regulations.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, maintaining a well-organized and efficient kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a busy, high-volume environment.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-outlet projects with diverse points of sale.
  • Experience working under HACCP protocols and cost control systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a multicultural team.
  • Knowledge of different cuisines and menu development.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and high level of professionalism.
