We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnerships Development Manager to join our team at VyOS.

You will play a crucial role in driving our strategic and marketing partnerships and accelerating revenue growth.

**What You Will Do**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic partnerships strategy to drive business growth and achieve mutually beneficial goals.
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners, both within the Privacy and Security space and complementary industries, to expand our product offerings and market reach.
- Initiate and foster relationships with key stakeholders (CEO, CTO, Sales Directors, VPs) at partner organizations.
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives, legal requirements, and financial considerations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product, marketing, and legal, to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Drive the implementation of joint marketing programs and campaigns with strategic partners to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, tracking key metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of partnership initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing strategic partnerships and driving successful outcomes in B2B Software companies.
- Strong understanding of partnership models, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure partnership performance.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and delivering impactful outcomes. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
