Queremos ampliar nuestro equipo de Call Center, y por ello estamos en búsqueda de nuevos perfiles de Customer Service & Reservation Agent (M/F/d) para trabajar en nuestras oficinas **HQ Palma**.

**DO WHAT YOU LOVE**:
Tu misión principal será ofrecer un excelente servicio al cliente, de acuerdo con nuestros estándares de calidad, tramitar reclamaciones y consultas, apoyo a sucursales, dar soporte en gestión de reservas así como estar en contacto con los diferentes departamentos de Sixt España.
**Requisitos** COME AS YOU ARE**:

- Tienes nível alto de español e inglés. Conocimientos de alemán muy valorables.
- Te sientes cómodo tratando con clientes.
- Tus habilidades comunicativas son excelentes.
- Posees experiência en call center o similar.
- Tienes disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos, de lunes a domingo.
