TravelgateX seeks a talented, hardworking individual with great energy and initiative to drive delivery and customer success for one of the fastest key players in the connectivity field across the travel sector.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Understand and advocate for customer needs
- Resolve customer service issues and manage/troubleshoot customer service problems
- Answer technical questions, solve technical problems, and suggest solutions
workarounds
- Understand and advocate for customer needs
- Resolve customer service issues and manage/troubleshoot customer service problems
- Manage customers' expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction
- Create knowledge base materials dedicated towards operational efficiency
- Research, document, escalate cases according to procedure
- Maintain our Customer Relationship Management tool (called HubSpot) with quality data

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Someone who's willing to learn how to delight customers
- Business of Commercial education background.
- Ideally +1 year of prior experience in Sales/Commercial or Customer facing positions
- Outstanding communication skills (both in Spanish and English
- C1 level)
- Proactivity and hands-on mindset
