Somos una empresa tecnológica internacional con sede en Palma, de más de 200 profesionales y en constante crecimiento. Precisamos incorporar una persona con experiência a nuestro equipo de Soporte de Juniper.
Las principales funciones que llevará a cabo estarán relacionadas con:
- Mantener una comunicación efectiva con nuestros buyers para garantizar el éxito de sus integraciones vía API y su satisfacción con nuestros servicios.
- Actuar como el punto de contacto principal para nuestros buyers, trabajando estrechamente con ellos para comprender y abordar sus necesidades de manera oportuna.
- Gestionar y mantener relaciones cercanas con los buyers, siendo su principal punto de contacto para cualquier consulta o solicitud.
- Realizar un seguimiento proactivo de las integraciones con los buyers, asegurándose de que se completen de manera eficiente y satisfactoria en el menor tiempo posible.
- Colaborar con el equipo de API Support para coordinar las actividades de integración y resolver cualquier problema que pueda surgir durante el proceso de onboarding.
- Monitorizar y analizar métricas clave de rendimiento para identificar áreas de mejora en la experiência del cliente y tomar medidas correctivas según sea necesario.
- Realizar un seguimiento y análisis del negocio de los buyers más importantes.
- Proporcionar orientación y apoyo a los buyers para maximizar el valor de nuestros productos y servicios.
