**Join our client's team as a Customer Service Manager in Mallorca**
**Position**: Customer Service Manager
**Location**: Mallorca
**Type**: Permanent
**Hours**: Mon-Fri role, however as part of the management team there will be some on-call responsibility and flexibility required for Saturday mornings particularly within the main season.
We’re searching for a dedicated and customer-orientated Manager to join our clients esteemed yacht repairer. If you possess a passion for providing exceptional service, local expertise and a love for the yachting world, we want to hear from you
**The Role**:
We're looking for someone with the commercial awareness and customer focus to drive the department to the next level. A strong team leader, someone with experience in managing people and motivating a team. This particular team will consist of all front of house staff and concierges. Delivering exceptional customer service with a full focus on customer satisfaction.
**The Requirements**:
Experience in high manufacturer standards relating to CSI, retention
Marine or Automotive industry aftersales industry experience
Kerridge experience would be highly beneficial
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
