**OmniAccess S.L. Seeks a Customer Service Manager**
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Manager, focusing on critical accounts in Palma De Mallorca. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for these clients, building strong relationships and ensuring prompt issue resolution.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and influencing skills, enabling them to effectively interact with technical and non-technical personnel at all levels. Native or near-native English proficiency is required, and experience leading resources or project management is a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitor customers' incidents and outages, escalating if necessary.
- Set up triage troubleshooting calls with relevant technical resources to resolve issues.
- Act as central point of contact for escalated issues after hours.
- Collaborate with sales teams during meetings and coordination.
- Schedule daily meetings with OmniAccess leadership and key technical resources for chronic issues lasting multiple days.
- Communicate hourly updates regarding major issues to both the customer and internal leadership.
- Be available after hours in case of major customer issues.
- Follow up on escalations to ensure timely resolution.
Detailed knowledge of VSAT equipment and network systems is essential, along with a degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant work experience. Cisco Networking certifications and GVF VSAT Certifications are highly valued. Experience with LAN / WAN / WLAN network systems is a significant advantage.
**Requirements:**
- Native or near-native English speaker.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.
- Experience leading resources or project management (a plus).
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant work experience.
- 3+ Years' experience with VSAT and/or LAN / WAN / WLAN network systems.
Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, based on industry standards for a Customer Service Manager role in Palma De Mallorca.
