Customer Service Manager

OmniAccess is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. This role involves working directly with critical clients, building close relationships, and ensuring that all client requests and issues are proactively addressed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitor customers' incidents and outages for escalations if necessary
- Set up triage troubleshooting calls with relevant technical resources to resolve issues
- Act as central point of contact for escalated issues after hours
- Help project management with customer-specific projects
- Communicate hourly to the customer and internal leadership on updates regarding major issues
- Available after hours in the event the customer has a major issue
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, and a dynamic work environment where you will learn about communications technology and services for maritime and yachting applications.
Requirements:
- Excellent people skills and strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel
- Native or near-native English speaker
- Experience leading resources or project management a plus
- Experience with VSAT equipment and Cisco Networking a plus
