Partner Success Manager Chains

The Partner Success Manager Chains plays a major role in the management of our relationships with our key chain partners, working with the Strategic Account Managers to optimize rates and availability and taking targeted, strategic actions as directed by the Director of Chains.
This position will be working collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders to maximize opportunities and increase growth, providing excellent partner service and making our Dynamic Inventory available on Points of Sale.

**Key Responsibilities**
- The Partner Success Manager Chains has a responsibility for delivering the company’s commercial objectives derived from the chains partnership roadmap.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with Chain partners to optimize the global partnership on Destination, Region, and Global level.
- Partner with Connectivity team, Strategic Account Managers and Chains to ensure hotels are connected, handle queries and ensure overall quality control.
- Analyse and investigate trends of the specific chain to build partner roadmap together with Strategic Account Managers to achieve better performance and optimize the chain partnerships.
- Ensure managed chain properties are live and bookable on POS conducting quality auditing of properties set up, ensure pricing accuracy, and the rate and promotion competitiveness.
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly production for connected hotels in remit using relevant production reports.
- Support onboarding of new partners and implement trainings on our USP’s and usage of extranet tools and interface.
- Assist Strategic Account Managers with analyses, reports and presentations for the QBR’s of key Chain Partners.
- Assist with reviewing, mapping and setting live of BAR Liaising with relevant teams to see the task through to the end.
- Additional responsibilities may include handling directly a small portfolio of Chain suppliers as directed by Line Manager.
**Key Measures**
- Inter-departmental communication including accounts, reservations and customer care department, content, etc.
- Input extra availability into the system.
- Informing Strategic Account Managers of new leads and opportunities.
- Assist Strategic Account Managers with urgent tasks whilst they are on business trips as and when required.
- Assist with loading of contracts via Fresh Desk platform and last-minute offers as and when required.
**Essential Qualifications and Knowledge**
- Fluent English speaker.
- Commercial awareness in the travel industry.
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel and Outlook.
**Essential Experience, Skills and Behavioural Requirements**
- Personal effectiveness with strong communication and influencing skills.
- Comfortable to negotiate with suppliers in person or via Teams.
- Experience in working in fast paced and multi-cultural environment.
- Proactive and positive, with ability to offer solutions to issues encountered.
- Personable with lots of enthusiasm and a “can do” attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of the team.
- Ability to prioritise and multi task.
- Organised with impeccable attention to detail.
- Numerically astute.
- Ability to build effective and meaningful working relations both internally and external.
**Desirable Qualifications and Knowledge**
- Speaking capabilities in French or German. Any other language is an advantage
**Desirable Experience, Skills and Behavioural Requirements**
- Have worked in similar role.
- Experienced in various contracting platforms.
