Un/a Business Development Manager para el equipo de Inspiring benefits en nuestra oficina de Madrid o Barcelona.Misión:Affinity es una unidad de Aon especializada en el desarrollo, comercialización y administración de programas de seguros personalizados y soluciones de mercado especializadas para organizaciones de afinidad y sus miembros o afiliados.Llevamos más de 14 años desarrollando y ejecutando programas de fidelización para que las organizaciones, asociaciones o empresas puedan fidelizar a sus colectivos.Responsabilidades/Funciones:Generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio/ leads y cierre de reuniones de forma autónoma y en base a objetivos.Elaboración, presentación y defensa de ofertas.Asistencia a eventos que nos ayude a posicionar la marca.Establecer nuevas relaciones con potenciales clientes y afianzar las relaciones con los clientes de nuestra cartera.Conseguir el objetivo individual y colaborar para la consecución del objetivo general de Inspiring, Affinity y Aon.Colaborar con otras áreas de Affinity y de Aon.Requisitos:Consultor comercial senior con sólida experiencia en mercados B2B.Experiencia en venta consultiva y con alto foco en actividad comercial.Capacidad de detectar oportunidades de negocio para otras unidades de negocio de nuestra unidad o de otras de la casa.Conocimiento a nivel avanzado de Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point, Word.Manejo de CRM.Nivel de inglés Alto.Capacidad de empatizar con los clientes y de detectar sus necesidades para poder dar soluciones con nuestros servicios.Buscamos una persona dinámica, creativa, con energía positiva, pero sobre todo que le apasione y le motive el mundo de la venta.Cómo apoyamos a nuestros compañerosAdemás de nuestro paquete integral de beneficios, fomentamos una fuerza laboral diversa
