Grijp dan deze kans om je talenten in te zetten voor een Once In A Lifetime Employer Functieomschrijving Om de groei in Vlaanderen te garanderen, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Business Development Representative, die nauw samenwerkt met onze sales- en marketingteams om gekwalificeerde leads te leveren aan onze Account Managers. Je maakt deel uit van ons Spaans team in Barcelona en staat in nauw contact met de collega's in ons HQ in België. Verantwoordelijkheden Je werkt nauw samen met ons Marketingteam om hun activiteiten in te zetten voor jouw succes. Effectief leads aantrekken en deze omzetten in gekwalificeerde opportuniteiten: van suspect, naar prospect, tot sales qualified lead. Actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten in het grotere Vlaamse midmarket-segment (150 tot 500 medewerkers). Outbound contacten via social media, lead calling en e-mailcampagnes. Contact maken met de juiste beslissers en deze contacten nauwgezet opvolgen. Noden van potentiële klanten vertalen naar een warme lead (Sales Qualified Lead). Afspraak inplannen voor je collega Account Manager bij interesse. Goede registratie van jouw dossiers in Salesforce voor een vlotte overdracht. Leiden van de prospectie en zorgen voor regelmatige, nauwkeurige prognoses. Jouw Profiel Als hunter krijg je energie van netwerken Je kan niet wachten op je volgende ontmoeting met suspects, prospects en partners. Bovenal heb je heel veel zin om erin te vliegen. Je behaalt of overschrijdt consequent je targets binnen gespecificeerde deadlines. Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Daarnaast heb je positieve en energieke telefoonvaardigheden, kan je actief luisteren, en durf je door te vragen. Je bent zelfsturend, met een track record van succesvolle, meetbare klantenopvolging en verkoopontwikkeling. Sterk vermogen om kansen aan te trekken, te kwalificeren en bezwaren te behandelen.
