**Company profile - Tech Startup**
In this Business Development Executive opportunity, you will be joining an innovative data visualisation platform, which visualises complicated ideas, concepts, or structures. Humans learn and work best through visual means and this product enables them to see rather than simply read or try to analyse complicated information. For example, the platform can build attractive structure diagrams representing M&A, financing, tax, trust or other complex transactions.

Their customers include law firms, accounting firms, and a host of other large financial institutions. They have grown year on year and have over doubled in size in the past year. They now boast offices in London, Miami, Barcelona and are considering an expansion to Australia. This role will be based in their brand new Barcelona office.

**Job description - Business Development Representative**
The primary task in this Business Development Executive role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. You will use your initiative to discover leads, reach out to prospects and build interest in the product. You will work closely with the Business Development team, executing the Account Executives’ targeted campaigns, as well as independently driving your own outreach.

Working in a startup allows for variety in your position and multiple opportunities to take on additional responsibilities to expand beyond your normal role.

- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
- Report on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results

**Job requirements - Business Development Representative**
- A university degree
- A hard-working attitude, happy to get stuck-in anywhere
- Ability to think on your feet
- Good communication skills
- Experience is not required, but any prior sales experience is beneficial
- Show the company values of unity, tenacity and ownership
