Key Account Manager (Soluciones De Pago) - Madrid Importante empresa de soluciones de pagos B2B precisa incorporar en sus oficinas en Madrid a un/a Key Account Manager con experiencia en ventas a grandes empresas y puestos de captación activa de clientes.
La persona seleccionada formará parte del equipo Comercial, donde podrá aportar su experiencia en la captación de nuevos clientes y mantenimiento de la cartera de clientes ya existentes, idealmente para la zona de Andalucía y Castilla La Mancha pero abiertos a nivel España.
Responsabilidades: Prospección activa con foco en soluciones de pago para Business Travel (viajes de empresa gestionados por agencias corporativas) y Procurement Accounts (pagos a proveedores).
Gestión de la relación con los clientes, asegurando su fidelización y el crecimiento de la facturación.
Representación de la empresa en eventos y foros sectoriales (Compras, Travel, MICE) para impulsar la visibilidad y nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
Requisitos: Titulación universitaria (preferiblemente en ADE, Finanzas, Derecho…).
10-15 años de experiencia en posición similar en ventas de soluciones de pago B2B, idealmente al sector travel.
Conocimientos Técnicos del negocio.
Idiomas: Nivel alto de inglés (deseable).
Experiencia en el desarrollo y seguimiento de KPIs para medir el éxito de las alianzas.
Experiencia en interlocución y gestión de relaciones con empresas tecnológicas clave del sector, como Amadeus, Sabre, Voxel, Conferma, o OutPayce, asegurando la integración y adopción de sus soluciones.
Experiencia en venta de soluciones de pago.
Valorable experiencia en Banca o servicios financieros.
Valorable experiencia en plataformas de pagos o Fintech.
Buscamos un perfil con alto nivel de interlocución, con capacidad para identificar oportunidades de negocio, con habilidades consultivas para entender al cliente y poder ofrecer valor en la venta, orientación al logro y objetivos, altas habilidades de comunicación y negociación, capacidad y flexibilidad para la adaptación al cambio (entorno dinámico) y alto nivel de motivación individual.
