Summary
- Qué harás en tu día a día con nosotros?
- Fidelizar y crear experiências únicas en nuestros clientes ofreciéndoles presencia, dedicación y un trato personalizado.
- Ser una fuente de información para los huéspedes sobre diversos temas como medios de transporte, asesoramiento de planes para hacer en la ciudad o recomendaciones de restaurantes.
- Resolución de cualquier tipo de incidencia y/o causa de insatisfacción del huésped, antes de la marcha en su estancia.
- Procesamiento de pagos respecto a solicitudes de los huéspedes.
- En ausencia de la Front of the House Manager, serás la persona responsable de gestionar el departamento y de hacerte cargo de la operativa.
- Serás el/la embajador/a de la marca Hyatt Centric, haciendo que se cumplan todos los estándares de nuestro hotel.
**Qualifications**:
- Estudios finalizados relacionados con Turismo.
- Excelentes dotes comunicativas con una gran pasión por la atención al cliente.
- Persona detallista que se anticipe a las necesidades del cliente.
- Nível de resolución de incidencias rápida, capacidad de anticiparse a posibles problemas.
- Nível de inglés avanzado.
- Experiência previa trabajando en el área de Guest Experience de hotel 5*.
