The Role of Luxury Guest Experience Ambassador:

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, responding to a wide range of needs and requests. Your main duties will include:

  • Displaying a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor at all times when interacting with guests, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Assisting with escorting guests to their rooms according to their preferences and Four Seasons standards.
  • Handling guest problems or complaints by understanding the issues, following up on results, and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Maintaining open communication with support departments to provide necessary information or requests.
  • Responding to hotel emergency procedures and situations with maturity and professionalism.
  • Performing tasks and projects as delegated by the Assistant Guest Experience Manager, Front Desk Manager, or Front Office Manager.
  • Prioritizing and handling multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conducting site inspections for both in-house and external guests.
  • Monitoring processes and adjusting schedules according to priorities to understand the dynamics and respond proactively.
  • Ensuring courteous and professional pre-arrival contact to provide an exceptional experience and exceed guests' expectations.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Familiarizing yourself with services available in the hotel and their operating hours (Restaurants, Spa, Concierge, Valet).
  • Greeting, welcoming, and anticipating every guest's needs, ensuring proper communication between the Guest Experience Team, Reception, Concierge, Bell Services, Housekeeping, and Engineering.
  • Serving as a Lobby and F&B Outlets ambassador.
  • Accommodating all guest requests promptly and courteously, following up with designated hotel personnel to ensure completion.

Our Ideal Luxury Guest Experience Ambassador candidate will have:

Experience in luxury hospitality operations, a natural talent for creating memorable experiences, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and an exceptional eye for detail.

We seek a special individual who shares our passion for excellence and delights in curating special moments and memories for our guests.

This role requires fluency in English and Spanish, and the ability to work in Spain.

Estimated salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
