.KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - Temporary Contract KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER, E-COMMERCE in LUXURY & CONSUMER BEAUTY Our purpose is to celebrate and liberate the diversity of beauty. RESPONSIBILITIES As our E-COMMERCE KAM, you are responsible for managing directly pure players accounts; sales target, P&L;and brand image for both divisions. At the same time, you will oversee developing the e-commerce sales of our Brick&Click customers together with the sales team in order to reach the company objectives. The E-commerce KAM reports to the Head of E-commerce. Your main focus: Manage the Pure Players Accounts with direct responsibility for sales and profitability. Implement Coty e-commerce strategy on a few B&M accounts closely with the sales, marketing, and finance areas. Budget department accountability and control. Negotiation with third parties. Adapt the national marketing plans to pure players and B&M accounts. Working for Coty means to celebrate and liberate the diversity of beauty. YOU ARE A COTY FIT You like to put digital marketing experience to the next level. As a Key Account Manager, you are passionate about online sales, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you: Have experience leading E-commerce Pure players accounts for a minimum of 3 years. Experience with the Amazon Platform (Desirable). Have digital marketing experience (CRM, 360 plans, Omnichannel, pixel, etc). Understand what drives online sales (who is the online shopper, the conversion funnel). Possess negotiation skills and good communication skills. Are intensely determined and tenacious. Are an innovative and creative thinker. Have an entrepreneurial and "hands-on" spirit, fast execution. Exhibit strong ambition, drive, and passion. Have the capacity to build and engage teams quickly and effectively. Have a passion for Beauty. Have experience working in complex structures where you deal with several departments and functions (global & local marketing, KAMS, global ecom). Master the English language at a near-native level.
