Desde Marlex, estamos colaborando con una empresa de referencia en la fabricación y distribución de pequeño electrodoméstico, que busca incorporar un/a Key Account Manager (KAM) especializado/a en exportación para impulsar su expansión internacional.
¿Cuál será tu misión en la empresa? Reportando directamente al Director Comercial, serás responsable de maximizar el rendimiento económico de la cartera de clientes actual y de expandirla mediante la captación de nuevas cuentas clave. Tus principales funciones incluyen:
Tomar las riendas de tu propia cartera de clientes y desarrollarla con una estrategia orientada a resultados, buscando siempre el crecimiento rentable.Desarrollar y fortalecer relaciones comerciales con clientes internacionales, ofreciendo soluciones que se traduzcan en ventas rentables.Gestionar operaciones comerciales B2B con empresas de retail y grandes distribuidores, optimizando las oportunidades de cada cliente.Realizar visitas comerciales de alto impacto, orientadas a cerrar acuerdos beneficiosos para ambas partes.Analizar el mercado y la competencia para detectar oportunidades estratégicas y recomendarlas a la dirección.Diseñar una estrategia de canal y distribución que maximice la rentabilidad de las ventas a nivel nacional.Actuar como asesor/a de confianza, ofreciendo soluciones personalizadas que generen valor para los clientes y una fidelización a largo plazo.Gestionar y resolver consultas, incidencias y reclamaciones de manera proactiva.Elaborar reportes mensuales de seguimiento que permitan evaluar el impacto de tus acciones y tomar decisiones informadas.¿Qué ofrece la empresa?
