.Customer Experience Specialist page is loaded Customer Experience Specialist Aplikuj locations Pero Madrid time type Na pelny etat posted on Opublikowano wczoraj job requisition id R0639870 W ramach rozwiazania KONE Way, do którego jest przypisany, glówny uzytkownik:Przekazuje informacje o wymaganym uzyciu rozwiazania odpowiednim uzytkownikom w oparciu o wskazówki wlascicieli procesu i dzialu globalnego rozwoju.Upewnia sie, ze wszyscy uzytkownicy sa odpowiednio przeszkoleni w zakresie sposobu korzystania z rozwiazania przez:Identyfikowanie potrzeb szkoleniowych i zapewnianie,ze nowi uzytkownicy przyjmuja uzgodniony sposób korzystania z rozwiazania; przygotowywaniematerialów szkoleniowych w odpowiednich jezykach; okreslanie potrzeby ulepszenia tresci szkolenia dla uzytkowników koncowych.Organizowanie spotkan i szkolen w celu ponownego ustalenia najlepszych praktyk, gdy jest to wymagane; przekazywanie najlepszych praktyk miedzy jednostkami za posrednictwem sieci procesów KONE (KONE Process Network).Zapewnia, by wszystkie rozwiazania zostaly po zwolnieniu odpowiednio przetestowane, a nastepnie efektywnie wdrozone przez:Identyfikowanie problemów lub kwestii dotyczacych zarzadzania zleceniami pracy lub potencjalnych zdarzen oraz raportowanie ich do wlascicieli procesu oraz dzialu globalnego rozwoju; dostarczanie odpowiednich wyników testów na podstawie wymogów testowych; zarzadzanie kazda nowa wersja na poziomie tresci, komunikacji i tlumaczenia; przekazywanie informacji o zmianach spowodowanych przez nowa wersje uzytkownikom koncowym; w razie potrzeby przekazywanie informacji o rozwiazaniu uzytkownikowi koncowemu.Zapewnia uzytkownikom wsparcie pierwszego poziomu,a takze fachowa wiedze w toku uzytkowania i wdrazania przez:Niezwloczne udzielanie odpowiedzi na pytania dotyczace podstawowej nawigacji w systemie; rozwiazywanie problemówtypu "jak to zrobic" oraz "jak rozpoczac korzystanie z"; niezwloczne udzielanie odpowiedzi na pytania dotyczace kwestii procesowych; systematyczne wspieranie uzgodnionego stosowania rozwiazan KONE Way w jednostce biznesowej.Wspiera zarzadzanie zdarzeniami przez:Identyfikowanie problemów wymagajacych zgloszenia specjalistom ds. procesów pierwszej linii, globalnemu wlascicielowi procesu i/lub wlascicielom rozwiazan w dziale globalnego rozwoju; tworzenie zgloszen dotyczacych zdarzen w narzedziu GD (w jezyku angielskim); lokalne zarzadzanie zdarzeniami po zgloszeniu do dzialu globalnego rozwoju; inicjowanie i wspieranie wdrazania dzialan naprawczych lub zapobiegawczych.Wspiera stale doskonalenie przez:Aktywne uczestnictwo i wymiane wiedzy w obrebie sieci procesów KONE Way; aktywne proponowanie ulepszen dotyczacych stosowania rozwiazania.Starannie i terminowo sporzadza wszystkie wymagane raporty na temat zdarzen, zarzadzania zleceniami pracy i lokalnych wymogów dotyczacych wskazników KPI.Moze byc czlonkiem zespolu ds. wdrazania projektu#J-18808-Ljbffr
