Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and working closely with our technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, providing step-by-step technical help and troubleshooting customer issues.
- Ticket Management: Manage a ticket queue based on priority and SLA protocols, ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently.
- Technical Support: Provide on-call support to our user base, working closely with our technical teams to resolve technical issues.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Language: High level of English, additional language (Polish/Spanish) is a plus
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong technical orientation and customer service skills
- Skills: Tech-savvy, strong computer skills, ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills
