Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Sales Development Representative to source and cultivate new leads, build relationships with potential customers, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the dental implant market, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Source and qualify new leads through various remote selling prospecting techniques, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
- Sales Process Facilitation: Collaborate with the Head of Sales, Product Managers, and Territory Managers to facilitate the sales process and build trust with potential customers.
- Value Proposition Presentation: Present and articulate the value proposition of the Straumann Group portfolio, including campaigns, offers, and courses, to potential prospects and customers.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers by ensuring regular follow-ups from events, courses, and social media interactions.
- Customer Experience: Collaborate closely with Territory Managers teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to enhance transparency between teams, track sales activities, manage contacts, and report on performance metrics.
- Product Specialist: Act as a product specialist for the Anthogyr brand, collaborating with Territory Managers and customers to provide in-depth knowledge and product usage.
Requirements
- Proven Sales Experience: Proven inside sales experience and/or a strong passion for seeking new opportunities.
- Social Media Management: Strong hunting social media management skills.
- Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Dental Industry Knowledge: Experience or education in dental or similar/equivalent is an advantage.
- Product Understanding: Strong understanding of the Straumann Group product portfolio.
- CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Results-Oriented: Result-oriented, capable of growing net sales and customer base.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team and build strong customer relationships.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to occasionally travel with Territory Managers.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish.
