Desde ManpowerGroup Solutions tenemos una oportunidad para ti Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Customer Experience Specialist (H/M/X) para importante empresa de energía solar.
Tus funciones serán:
-Identificar las causas de los sentimientos negativos expresados por nuestros clientes.
- Identificación de personas para diseñar recorridos de clientes y crear hojas de ruta de iniciativas para abordar los puntos débiles encontrados.
- Investigar variaciones en el sentimiento para obtener información e identificar acciones concretas y asociarse con equipos de toda la empresa para impulsar esas acciones.
- Gestión de proyectos para implementar iniciativas resultantes de hojas de ruta definidas.
- Informes sobre las principales causas raíz y acciones de mitigación en curso / Identificación de KPI de Experiencia del Cliente para medir el éxito de las iniciativas
- Colaborar con diferentes departamentos y partes interesadas para ofrecer una excelente experiencia al cliente.
- Construcción de encuestas de satisfacción para medir la satisfacción del cliente B2B durante todo el recorrido.
Se ofrece:
- Contrato indefinido
- Banda retribución: 25-28K

Requisitos:
- Licenciatura en áreas técnicas (economía, administración, ingeniería o afines).
- Valorable experiencia en equipos de experiencia del cliente, marketing y/o gestión de proyectos.
- Capacidad de influir en otros equipos para implementar sus ideas y planes.
- Capacidad de autoorganización y capacidad de mantener la calma cuando se trabaja con plazos ajustados.
- Perfil analítico orientado a resultados con conocimiento de Microsoft Excel.
- Se valora el conocimiento del mercado energético y la dinámica de los clientes empresariales.
- Idioma requerido: portugués
- Idioma valorado: inglés
