Position Purpose: We are seeking a Customer Service Professional proficient in maintaining databases in German to be part of our Multicultural team, which comprises more than 54 nationalities.
If you are eager to play a crucial role in a diverse, dynamic, and dedicated team, this opportunity is perfect for you.
Essential Functions:
- Update reference databases with new products and modifications in the German markets, ensuring data quality.
- Classify, standardize, and group data according to company hierarchies and rules.
- Collaborate with local offices to rectify inaccurate data, remove entries, or add new ones for completeness.
- Identify and address routine exceptions and issues.
- Conduct quality checks on data maintenance and make necessary corrections.
- Maintain documentation of processes and procedures.
Skills & Other Requirements:
- Proficiency in German and mandatory high-level English.
- Experience in maintaining and updating databases.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of working accurately under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (both telephone and email).
- Previous experience in multi-national corporations is a plus.
