About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our team at Solutions Decisions. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of orders and providing logistics customer service support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Integration & Fulfillment: Consolidate order fulfillment information from all sources, track and report on service performance.
  • Order Quality Issues: Follow up on order quality issues with sourcing laboratories and coordinate resolution.
  • Reporting & Projects: Consolidate service reporting view, monitor and prepare KPIs, orders status and shipping list to track order fulfillment performance.
  • Network of Interaction: Collaborate with internal teams, including GV RFH Porto Operations, EMEA Supply Chain, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Educational background in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent internal career progression.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Customer Service.
  • Hands-on experience supporting a multi-category order-fulfillment operation for retail/e-commerce.
  • Technical/functional knowledge of IT systems: ERP, Planning, preferred SAP.
  • Experience in data analysis with Microsoft Excel, QlikView, Power BI and similar.
  • Languages: English & Spanish: mandatory. Portuguese: Nice to have.
