About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Experience Specialist to join our Global Customer Experience team at Too Good To Go. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our users and partners, ensuring they receive efficient and friendly support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through email, chat, and phone, ensuring a positive experience for our users and partners.
  • Handle priority situations, including urgent cases, and resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams to identify challenges and enhance efficiency.
  • Embodies the philosophy and tone of our brand, serving as an ambassador for Too Good To Go.
Requirements
  • Experience in Customer Service or Account Management.
  • Fluency in Czech and English (C1).
  • Located in Warsaw, Berlin, Lisbon, Madrid, or Milan.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with CRMs like Salesforce, Hubspot, or SAP.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Passion for sustainability and social impact.
