Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Siemens Gamesa. As a key member of our After-Sales department, you will provide technical support to customers, contractors, and technicians to resolve equipment incidents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to clients, contractors, and technicians to resolve equipment incidents
  • Coordinate with contractors and technicians to resolve issues
  • Conduct RCA analysis of repetitive incidents
  • Provide training to teams on equipment solutions
  • Coordinate with the Engineering department for improvements and retrofits

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
  • Proficiency in Office Package, Jira, and VPNs
  • English language proficiency at B2 or higher level
  • Adaptability, proactive attitude, and strong time management skills
