**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Siemens Gamesa. As a key member of our After-Sales department, you will provide technical support to customers, contractors, and technicians to resolve equipment incidents.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide technical assistance to clients, contractors, and technicians to resolve equipment incidents
  • Coordinate with contractors and technicians to resolve issues
  • Conduct RCA analysis of repetitive incidents
  • Provide training at all levels on solutions provided by GaE
  • Coordinate with the Engineering department for improvements requests and retrofits

**Requirements**

  • 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
  • Office Package, Jira, VPNs proficiency
  • English level B2 or Higher
  • Adaptability, proactive, time management, and prioritization skills
