ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to lead and optimise our sales operations in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, analytical prowess, and leadership skills to enhance our sales performance and drive our business goals. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Sales Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identify and target new market opportunities consistent with our strategy.
  • Operations Management:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
  • Implement and refine sales processes and systems to improve productivity.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyse sales data and metrics to identify trends and insights.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress towards goals.
  • Utilise and maintain CRM and other tools to streamline sales operations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to align on initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between sales and other departments.
  • Represent the sales team in cross-functional projects and discussions.

    WHO YOU ARE

    • Experience working in a fast scale fintech with sales growing from 50 to 100 people in 12 months
    • Native user of SalesForce.
    • Proven track record of managing sales operations and achieving targets.
    • Experience to build sales process/communication flows/quality control from the scratch (from 5 to 50 employees).
    • Experience to build sales processes for hundreds of new leads on weekly basis
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced digital environment.
