Elastic is a leading provider of cloud-based search and analytics solutions. As a dynamic and rapidly growing software company, we are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team in Barcelona.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency in a SaaS environment. They will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with our overall business goals and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the EMEA Sales Leadership team to craft and deploy sales strategies that drive revenue growth and improve sales rep productivity.
  • Develop and maintain sales operations processes and tools to support sales teams in the EMEA region.
  • Provide operational support through the analysis of key sales indicators and metrics.
  • Identify and improve upon process gaps to optimize sales performance.
  • Drive the success of the Barcelona hub as the business scales and grows.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in sales operations, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven results-oriented approach with the ability to manage and fulfill multiple objectives amidst ambitious deadlines.
  • Experience in forecast management, pipeline management, and proficiency in systems like SFDC and analytic and reporting skills.
  • Strategic problem-solving abilities with commendable decision-making expertise.
  • Strong communication capabilities, adept at building relationships and engaging with executives and various company functions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or a field related to Technology.
