About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Amenitiz. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage sales data, optimize sales processes, and provide analytical insights to support strategic decision-making. You will focus on ensuring our sales operations run smoothly and align with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a Team of Sales Operations Analysts: You will be responsible for managing a team of sales operations analysts and process specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  2. Build and Create Efficient Sales Team Operations: You will be responsible for building and creating efficient sales team operations and go-to-market strategies, ensuring that our sales team is equipped to meet and exceed our business objectives.
  3. Own Top and Mid-Funnel Productivity and Efficiency: You will be responsible for owning top and mid-funnel productivity and efficiency, defining operational strategies around lead acquisition, MQL to SQL conversion, and sales team workflows (SDRs and AEs).
  4. Impact the Entire Sales Life Cycle: You will impact the entire sales life cycle, including marketing and onboarding, ensuring that our sales team is equipped to meet and exceed our business objectives.
  5. Serve as Operations Business Partner: You will serve as the operations business partner for regional sales leaders, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  6. Drive MQL Optimization: You will drive MQL optimization, identifying data opportunities, and building processes to capture those opportunities.
  7. Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will coordinate with marketing, finance, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  8. Develop and Refine Sales Forecasts: You will develop and refine sales forecasts and plans, working closely with finance and marketing teams.
  9. Ensure Accurate and Timely Management of the Sales Pipeline: You will ensure accurate and timely management of the sales pipeline, identifying bottlenecks and implementing strategies to address them.
  10. Conduct In-Depth Analysis of Sales Performance Metrics: You will conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance metrics and present findings to senior leadership.
  11. Create and Implement Processes: You will create and implement processes for efficient lead qualification and nurturing.
Key Performance Indicators:
  1. Spend Efficiency: Monitor and optimize customer acquisition cost and customer lifetime value.
  2. Sales Velocity: Measure and improve the time it takes to move leads through the sales funnel and close deals.
  3. Conversion Rates: Track and improve the percentage of leads that convert to customers at each stage of the sales funnel.
  4. Sales Productivity: Assess and enhance the efficiency of the sales team in meeting targets and achieving quotas.
  5. Sales Effectiveness: Ensure the sales team focuses on high-value activities and allocates resources effectively.
  6. CRM Utilization Rate: Monitor the adoption and effective use of the CRM system by the sales team.
  7. Pipeline Health: Regularly review the sales pipeline to ensure it is robust and balanced.
Qualifications:
  1. 5+ Years of Experience in Sales Operations: You will have 5+ years of experience in sales operations, with a focus on process optimization and data analysis.
  2. At Least 2 Years of People Management Experience: You will have at least 2 years of people management experience.
  3. Startup Experience: You will have startup experience, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  4. Proven Track Record: You will have a proven track record of managing and improving sales processes and systems.
  5. Strong Analytical Skills: You will have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights.
  6. Proficiency in SQL and Excel: You will have proficiency in SQL and Excel, with experience in writing queries, pulling data, and creating data visualizations.
  7. Proficiency in Sales Analytics Tools: You will have proficiency in sales analytics tools.
  8. Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: You will have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  9. Entrepreneurial Mindset: You will have an entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving efficiency and growth.
  10. Fluency in English: You will have fluency in English; additional languages such as French, Italian, or Spanish are a plus.
