Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with AVPs and RDs to drive sales operations excellence
- Develop and maintain operational cadence, ensuring all stakeholders are accountable
- Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders to execute the GTM strategy
- Communicate and drive execution of global initiatives and tactical actions
- Review key performance metrics with RD's and AVPs on KPIs and adapt execution as necessary
Requirements:
- 8-10 years overall experience, with 5 years in operations
- Highly competent IT & system skills, with expertise in Excel and Salesforce
- Knowledge of sales organizations, quota models, and compensation plans
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment
- Ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner
