Sales Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team at SD Worx Spain. As a key member of our Sales Excellence Team, you will be responsible for optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales teams by managing various operational aspects, implementing strategies, and providing analytical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales, finance, marketing, and other departments to enhance processes and achieve sales objectives.
- Oversee our Nordics and UK & Ireland region, working closely with local stakeholders.
- Travel regularly to meet with stakeholders, approximately 5-6 times per year.
- Implement strategies to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and generate insightful reports to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales operations or a related role for at least 5 years, preferably in the HR services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
