Papaya Global, a rapidly growing and award-winning B2B tech company, is seeking a highly skilled professional to join its team as a Sales Operations Specialist. With a mission to revolutionize the payroll and payments industry, our innovative technology provides a comprehensive solution for managing global workforces, encompassing everything from hiring and onboarding to managing and paying employees in over 160 countries.

We are looking for a data-driven, strategic, and results-oriented professional to support our sales team in ensuring sales processes are followed, providing insights to increase productivity and effectiveness across the sales tech stack, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide ongoing support to the sales team, including:
  2. Order processing and quote-to-cash flow management
  3. Administer and maintain the sales team pipeline and data in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  4. Ensure adherence to commercial guidelines and sales processes
  5. Participate in cross-company projects, contributing to strategic decision-making and providing project deliverables
  6. Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline reporting and forecasting for the sales organization, identifying significant changes and trends
  7. Manage and prioritize ongoing sales operations requests
  8. Provide technical support for the sales team, including Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, Revenue Grid, and other business applications
  9. Execute data hygiene tasks and pipeline management
  10. Improve sales processes and ensure business application efficiency

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations in a B2B SaaS company
  • Knowledge in RFP or tender management
  • Experience with SFDC, with a deep understanding of Salesforce principles
  • Legal background is an advantage
  • Experience with Salesloft and Gong is an advantage
  • Project management skills, including understanding project steps and pushing for execution
  • Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and high prioritization capabilities
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
