About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team at GoGlobal. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in optimizing the success of our sales organization by managing sales goals, forecasts, tools, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reporting and Forecasting: Support in weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline reporting and forecasting for the respective sales organization, identifying significant changes and trends.
  2. CRM Management: Administer and maintain the respective sales team pipeline and data in our CRM, HubSpot. Provide HubSpot maintenance and support, Lead to Closed Won assistance.
  3. Pricing Model and CPQ Tool: Support in the rollout of a new pricing model and implement a CPQ tool or process to ensure an easy quoting process for Sales, record keeping in CRM, and invoice process for Finance.
  4. Deal Desk Management: Deal Desk management to ensure Sales has the appropriate support throughout the sales process to keep deals moving and maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline while also ensuring closed won deals go through a robust validation.
  5. Key Metrics and Analysis: Track & analyse key metrics including pipeline growth, deal probabilities, margin percentages, win/loss rates, & tracking against KPIs/targets to provide insights and recommendations to the business.
  6. Sales Process Mapping: Map sales process activities and actions to the CRM and provide sales process training as needed.
  7. Post-Sales Department Understanding: Understand the post-sales departments and processes at a deep level to ensure systems and processes designed and built for sales take into account all post-sales activities and have organizational improvements.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations in a B2B services or SaaS company.
  2. HubSpot Experience: Experience with HubSpot, with a deep understanding of HubSpot principles.
  3. Project Management Skills: Project management skills – understand project steps and how to push for execution.
  4. Organization and Communication Skills: Excellent organization skills, including attention to detail and prioritization capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work across diverse cultures.
  5. Location: This role is open to candidates across the European region.
