El Office Operations&Sales Manager Coworking
- Barcelona se encargará de:
- Gestionar reuniones, negociar, follow up clientes, seguimiento pago.
- Reunirse con clientes para valorar su satisfacción, renovar contratos, contratar más espacios en otros sitios.
- Atender el teléfono de clientes, gestionar mensajería, paquetería, ser el front office de la oficina.
- Atender las incidencias del edificio/centro, de mantenimiento, seguridad, internet, aire acondicionado, etc.
- Cumplir los estándares del grupo en términos de servicio, calidad, y consecución de objetivos de facturación y control de costes.
- Reportar su trabajo a través de las aplicaciones facilitadas por el grupo.

El Office Operations&Sales Manager Coworking
- Barcelona requiere de:
- Perfil con nível de inglés medio/alto.
- Buen comunicador/a, acostumbrado a tratar con clientes, idealmente en el sector de la hostelería o de eventos.
- Seguro/a de sí mismo, accesible y capaz de establecer relaciones sólidas con los clientes.
- Un gran gestor, que predica con el ejemplo y sabe cómo motivar e inspirar a un equipo.
- Asumir responsabilidad ante problemas y encontrar la manera de resolverlos.
- Perfil positivo/a, entusiasta y capaz de adaptarse a situaciones de cambio rápido.

Contrato indefinido.
Salario: 23.000€-26.000€ B/A + comisiones por venta + bonus trimestral
