Nordic Region Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in the Nordic region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving growth across the Nordics.
About the Role
- You will play a critical role in expanding our client base in the Nordic region, with a focus on Sweden.
- Your main responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining lasting client relationships, and achieving growth targets.
- You will have access to our broad portfolio of consulting and engineering services, allowing you to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- New Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage potential clients across the Nordic region, with a focus on expanding our market presence.
- Lead Generation: Develop strategies to identify and follow up on new leads, creating a pipeline of business opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing consultative support, understanding their evolving needs, and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to help shape our strategic direction.
About You
- We are looking for an experienced professional with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar role.
- Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of success in the industrial, energy, or technical sectors.
- A solid understanding of project dynamics is essential.
