About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Pricing Manager to join our Value Management team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase profitability while enabling growth in Europe.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute short, medium, and long-term initiatives to increase growth, profitability & gross profit on all pricing plans through thorough analytical analysis.
- Design and implement a network allocation strategy between different pricing plans to ensure partners are well-positioned in terms of profitability and value proposition.
- Maximize user lifetime value using pricing levers and develop rules to define price plans and position fitness partners in appropriate tiers.
- Design and measure the impact of initiatives to maximize consumer revenue, including special offers such as free trials, incentive credits, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with Operations teams to define internal processes for quickly implementing margin optimization initiatives.
- Work with Product teams to develop profitability enabler features, such as pre-paid plans.
- Design experiments to test prices and offers, analyzing elasticity of demand, statistical significance, and control groups.
- Communicate and align interests with stakeholders from the team's initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in high-paced environments (management consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups or similar).
- Proven track record of driving insights and making data-driven decisions.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to apply business strategy to data analysis and recommendations.
- Skill to distill and summarize complex ideas succinctly in verbal and written communication.

Compensation and Benefits
