Strategic Pricing Director for European Region

High Visibility Role:
As a Strategic Pricing Director for the European Region, you will play a key role in leading our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) program across Europe. You will be responsible for creating and rolling out the RGM framework and tools that enable consistent reading across the region.
Pricing Leadership:
You will lead the Pricing Board for Europe, creating key pricing policies, identifying and curating key 3Net/5Net corridors across the region, and identifying critical pricing opportunities. Additionally, you will help countries to identify and impulse key portfolio opportunities by channel and client.
Promo Optimization:
You will assist countries in optimizing promotional investments by category and channel, creating key rules for promo investment. Furthermore, you will identify Trade terms risks and opportunities across Europe and develop strategies to address them.
Fuel Reallocation:
You will lead the fuel reallocation at the European Level, facilitating discussions between BU, category, and customer teams. Moreover, you will foster a continuous improvement and sharing of Best Practices amongst different countries.
Negotiations Support:
You will support the International Negotiations team with pricing analysis, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Team Leadership:
You will manage cross-functional teams and work in a matrix organization, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue growth management, pricing strategy, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading successful RGM programs at a regional or global level.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is highly desirable, particularly in trade marketing departments.
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and working in a matrix organization.

What We Offer:
We provide a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of €120,000 - €150,000, depending on experience, as well as travel opportunities, up to 20% of the time.
