About This RoleThis full-time position is located in Barcelona and requires a dynamic Tech Sales Expert who will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth as part of our new Digital Sales Hub for EMEA.
The Job Responsibilities Include:
- Providing holistic customer consulting services on all aspects of IT support contracts from initial consultation to contract renewal.
- Collaborating closely with our Service Tech team to be the central point of contact for our customers.
- Optimizing existing sales processes and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Working with the customer's central contact person to ensure customer requirements are met and contracts are continuously optimized.
- Translating customer requirements into tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Defining margins in alignment with both sales and delivery teams.
- Drafting statements of work.
- Curation of a repository of solution collaterals.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- A University degree preferably in Information Technology or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- At least 2 years of experience as a presales consultant.
- The ability to scope and price with limited support.
- Licensing knowledge in at least two of the following vendors: Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP, VMware, Red Hat, or other Tier 1 vendor.
- IT Assets Management Tools knowledge in at least one of the following: Flexera, Snow, Service Now.
- High knowledge in IT procurement and process management.
- Basic knowledge of the Digital Supply Chain.
- Basic knowledge of the FinOps framework.
- The ability to independently conduct meetings with engineering-level, management-level, or executive-level customer personnel regarding positioning sales and solutions.
- The capacity to work with local and international customers and colleagues.
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in Spanish or French or Italian or German.
- Desirable certifications: MCP 70-672, 70-673, MS-900, AZ-900, AWS Practitioner.
- Desirable CSAM/ITAM Certifications.
- Desirable ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Knowledge of BSA (ISO-19770).
