Position Overview
The Implementation team at TravelPerk is dedicated to facilitating the onboarding process for our new clients. We are seeking a German-speaking Implementation Specialist who will play a pivotal role in executing and launching implementations within your designated portfolio. As an Implementation Specialist, you will assess the unique needs and circumstances of each client to propose a tailored implementation strategy. Your success will be gauged by the effective completion and adoption of the TravelPerk platform among the users of your clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional project teams to effectively onboard new clients.
- Initiate, plan, execute, control, and finalize implementation projects, including the development of requirements documentation and client-facing communications.
- Review contracts, optimize resource management, and validate process quality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations throughout the implementation process.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve account ramp-up objectives.
- Ensure that accounts are staged, scheduled, and prioritized based on both client and business requirements.
- Communicate complex and technical information in an easily understandable manner for all audiences.
- Ensure project team members are well-informed about timelines, tasks, risks, and issues.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and delivering projects in an international context.
- Native or near-native proficiency in German.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in implementing products for diverse clients.
- Consideration will be given to candidates with substantial experience in the travel agency sector or training.
- Organized and structured approach to work, with strong analytical and recommendation delivery skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
- Adept at building relationships across all organizational levels, both internally and externally, with the ability to adapt communication accordingly.
- Motivated by challenges and driven to make a significant impact.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education in Project Management.
- Experience in the travel industry is advantageous.
- Prior experience in a SaaS implementation role is a plus.
