About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Onboarding Specialist to join our Italian onboarding team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer care team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide Italian customers through the account opening process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain a high conversion rate (currently 54%) for account openings while adhering to compliance standards.
- Contribute to maintaining or improving our impressive CSAT score.
- Participate in projects aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing customer communication.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in our onboarding procedures.
About You:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a background in customer service, preferably in the financial sector. You should be fluent in Italian and English, with Spanish being a plus. You will be working closely with Francesca, our experienced team lead based in Paris.

Our Hiring Process:
We will conduct interviews with your Talent Acquisition Manager and future managers, followed by a remote exercise to demonstrate your skills.
