About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Onboarding Specialist to join our Italian onboarding team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer care team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide Italian customers through the account opening process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate (currently 54%) for account openings while adhering to compliance standards.
  • Contribute to maintaining or improving our impressive CSAT score.
  • Participate in projects aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing customer communication.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in our onboarding procedures.

About You:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a background in customer service, preferably in the financial sector. You should be fluent in Italian and English, with Spanish being a plus. You will be working closely with Francesca, our experienced team lead based in Paris.

Our Hiring Process:

We will conduct interviews with your Talent Acquisition Manager and future managers, followed by a remote exercise to demonstrate your skills. We will send you an interview guide so you can best prepare yourself. Our process typically lasts 20 working days, and offers usually follow within 48 hours.
