About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our onboarding team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our Italian customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide Italian customers through the account opening process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
  • Maintain a high conversion rate for account openings while adhering to compliance standards
  • Contribute to maintaining or improving our impressive CSAT score
  • Participate in projects aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing customer communication
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in our onboarding procedures
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a background in customer service, preferably in the financial sector. You should be fluent in Italian and English, with Spanish being a plus. You should also possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
