About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Italian onboarding team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for Qonto's Italian customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide Italian customers through the account opening process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate for account openings while adhering to compliance standards.
  • Contribute to maintaining or improving our impressive CSAT score.
  • Participate in projects aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing customer communication.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in our onboarding procedures.

About Your Future Manager

Francesca, our experienced team lead, has been leading our Italian onboarding team since 2021. She believes in giving team members the freedom to organize their time while providing regular check-ins and support.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a background in customer service, preferably in the financial sector. You should be fluent in Italian and English, with Spanish being a plus. You will need to have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
