Mytraffic is seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our customers, from sales handover to the end of the onboarding phase (0 to 3 months).

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard all new customers and users using various approaches tailored to workflows and clients' tiering organization.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Account Executives (AEs) to develop an objective-driven onboarding strategy.
  • Deepen customer qualification by identifying their needs, routines, and key contacts to enhance retention.
  • Proactively monitor portfolio performance to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.
  • Collaborate with other teams to share customer feedback, implement new use cases, and enhance the overall customer experience.
About You

We are looking for a highly adaptable and collaborative individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a CSM or Onboarding Specialist role within the B2B SaaS industry. Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is a prerequisite, and ideally, you also possess proficiency in Spanish.
